I have long been a proponent of giving children plain paper and drawing implements, as an effective method of fostering and encouraging drawing and creative skills. This kind of activity often gives insights into the child’s mind and how he or she views the world around them.
Outdoor Chalk Stories

Science From Yo Yo Face

Daniel modified his balloon yo yo today, by drawing a face on it. He then gave it a name and personality. At first, this may not sound real interesting, until it suddenly became a science lesson in pressure and compression. Read more…
