1.Why are you gving away Seachange Lodge Resort?

Vanuatu was voted the ‘Happiest Country on Earth’, yet the majority of its population live on under $1 a day. It does not have the luxury of a free education system. Many children never see inside a high school classroom.

55.8% of children get to year 6 - mainly due to the effort of aid agencies
Only 18.2% have the opportunity to go to High School
26% Never go to school at all.

In the Outer Islands, pencils are often broken into three, just to give some of the children something to write with. We wanted to find a way to give these children choices.

By rafflling Seachange Lodge, the current owners will be paid market value for the property. The funds from the raffle all go directly into a Child Trust Fund. YouMe Support Foundation uses the funds to provide non-repayable high school education grants for high achieving students.

Many of these kids are confined to their isolated island homes, unless we give them an opportunity for a high-school education. YouMe Support Foundation and its Child Trust Fund is one of the few organizations helping these people.

4. Can I make my Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity donation by cash, or bank transfer?

You can only make your donation or buy your ticket through the unique world first Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity Internet Raffle. No one else is raffling an Entire Resort.

5. When will I receive my Blue Moon ticket in the Seachange Lodge Draw?

You will receive an automatically generated electronic numbered Blue Moon ticket, through winaresort.com. Your name will be posted on the YouMe Support Foundation and Child Trust Fund central register.

It is very important that you put correct contact information on your entry. Winners will be notified by phone and email.

6. Can I pass the winning Win a Resort Blue Moon ticket onto someone else?

You can only pass the winning Blue Moon ticket to someone else if you have the written approval of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation, but you can buy tickets for other people. They make wonderful and unique gifts.

Any change to the ownership of Seachange Lodge must be made within thirty days of YouMe Support Foundation announcing the Win a Resort Winner of Seachange Lodge Draw. All legalities of Vanuatu must be met.

7. Can you explain theWin a Resort Thank You Supplementary Cash Prizes to me?

Win a Resort Thank You Supplementary Cash Prizes are offered progressively throughout the period of the Draw for Seachange Lodge, your private holiday home plus 6 luxury holiday apartments. Your ticket is placed in the barrel of however many tickets have been sold. (This makes for fantastic odds in the early part of the raffle). If you win, you just go right back into the barrel.

This makes you eligible for any subsequent Blue Moon Thank You Supplementary Prize draws, as well as the Super Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity Draw for Seachange Lodge Resort.

8. What if the results of the Wina Resort Blue Moon Opportunity draw are contested?

No correspondence will be entered into re the results of any Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity draw. The Draw will be done by independent professionals, such as lawyers and accountants and under police supervision. Neither the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation, nor the current owners of Seachange Lodge will take any part in the Win a Resort Blue Moon Draws.

9. Where will the draw for Seachange Lodge Resort be held?

The Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity will be drawn in Vanuatu, South Pacific, within three weeks of the draw being declared officially closed.

10. When will the Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity draw close?

The Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity Draw will close immediately after a total of 99,999 Win a Resort Blue Moon raffle tickets have been issued.

11. Is there a minimum number of Win a Resort Blue Moon tickets that will be issued?

A minimum of 50,000 Win a Resort Blue Moon tickets must be issued, or all money will be returned to the purchasers of the Blue Moon Tickets, minus bank handling charges, and 5% to a local charity, as chosen by the YouMe Support Foundation Board of Directors.

12. What if the minimum number of Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity tickets are not sold?

If the Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity draw is cancelled, due to lack of participation, all money will be refunded to the people who have donated to enter the draw, minus bank charges and expenses. $5.00 donation will be made to a local Vanuatu charity, or aid organization such as World Peace Corp or Red Cross, as chosen by the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation. Notification to be posted on the website within one month of the draw being declared officially closed.

13. How soon after the closing of the Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity draw will we know the results?

The Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity will be drawn within one week of the raffle being closed. The winner will be notified as soon as physically possible after the draw. Once the winning ticket has been established the results will be posted on winaresort.com, not including personal details.

15. Can a Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity prize be forfeited?

If the winner has not been able to be contacted and provide any necessary identification papers by 5.00 p.m. on the 30th day after the Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity Draw, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited his/her Blue Moon prize. If the prize is not legitimately claimed there will be a second draw and so on until the prize is claimed. Someone will win Seachange Lodge Resort on prime waterfront real estate in Port Vila, South Pacific, on Efate, one of the larger of the tropical islands of Vanuatu.

15. I'm related to you. Can I enter the Seachange Lodge draw?

Unfortunately no immediate family member may participate in the Blue Moon Opportunity draw. Any other relation may do so. No Staff, employee, or Directors, or their families of YouMe Support Foundation, or staff and employees, or their immediate families, of Seachange Lodge may enter the draw.
