When you Donate to YouMe Support Foundation, through winaresort.com you will be issued a Free Raffle Ticket, for the Draw for Seachange Lodge. You are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Sale of Accommodation Vouchers

Donations of $US125 to You Me Support Foundation, through winaresort.com will place you in the draw for Seachange Lodge
A maximum of 99,999 tickets for the Draw will be issued
YouMe Support Foundation will display the number of tickets sold on winaresort.com web site
The draw may not proceed if less than 50,000 tickets are issued
Cancellation of the Draw will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation
No Name on the electronic ticket may be altered without written permission from YouMe Support Foundation
Donations may only be pmade through the legal sites associated with YouMe Support Foundation and its affiliates
The doner’s name is registered with YouMe Support Foundation and the ticket number recorded
If there is any discrepancy with the name on the register and the name of the person claiming the prize, the Draw Ticket will be deemed to be null and void

Eligibility

Doners must be over 18 years of age
The current owners of Seachange Lodge and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Seachange Lodge Draw
No Staff, employee, or Director of YouMe Support Foundation, or staff and employees, or their families, of Seachange Lodge may participate in the Draw

Draw Funds

All funds received from donations to YouMe Support Foundation, through winaresort.com will be paid into a Trust Account, operated by an internationally recognized accounting firm.

The Trust Fund will be under the management of the Directors of YouMe Support Foundation.

No private individual or private organization may at any time have access to the Funds from the Draw.

The Draw

The draw will be independently supervised and video taped at a formal ceremony in Vanuatu, within two weeks of 99,999 donations being made
The Drawing Ceremony will be pre-announced and published on YouMe Support Foundation websites
The winner does not need to be present at the Drawing Ceremony to claim the prize
The Drawing Ceremony will be videoed and streamed to the website
The prizewinners will be published on YouMe Support Foundation websites
Personal details of the winning ticket holder will be withheld unless otherwise advised by the winner
All communications will continue through YouMe Support Foundation until the hand-over date has been achieved

Refund Policy

If the Draw is canceled, due to lack of participation, all money will be refunded to those who have donated, minus bank charges and expenses, after $5.00 donation has been made to a local Vanuatu charity. The local donation to be posted on the website within one month of the Draw being declared closed.

Claiming the Prize

All winners will be notified by email, and or telephoned immediately after the Draw has been declared
Winners names will be published on YouMe Support websites.
The prize must be claimed by 5.00 p.m. on the 30th day after the Drawing Ceremony has been completed. Papers of identification may be required.
If any winner is deemed to be ineligible, or does not claim his or her prize by 5.00 p.m on the 30th day after the Draw, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize
If the prize is not legitimately claimed there will be a second draw and so on until the prize is claimed
Winners are strongly advised to seek professional legal, tax and investment advice from your local area. You Me Support Foundation will assist with the legalities wherever possible.
The winner of Seachange Lodge must be eligible to pass the Vanuatu Investment Promotion Authority scrutiny. It is advisable to check out the requirements for an investor.
A formal written police check is required by Vanuatu law

YouMe Support Foundation, its Directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives, as well as Seachange Lodge Directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, arising from any situation in connection with, or as a result of the winner’s acceptance and use of the prizes
YouMe Support Foundation does not warrant or guarantee any other statement beyond those contained in this text
No correspondence will be entered into concerning the identity of the winners

Charge Backs

Any dispute through ‘charge-backs’ will deem a ticket to be null and void. No prize will be delivered to the winner of any disputed credit card charge.
