1. Terms of Sale of Discount Voucher

When you purchase a Au$49 Numbered Discount Voucher from Win a Resort it entitles you to claim 40% discount off your accommodation when you book either the Waterside Chalet, or the Lagoon Lodge, at Seachange Lodge, Port Vila, Vanuatu
Your Numbered Discount Voucher will entitle you to discounts when booking other accommodation at Seachange Lodge
This Numbered Discount Voucher cannot be used with any other discount deal or promotion
The Voucher also entitles you to one free ticket into the Monthly Draw and one free ticket into the Super Draw.
The Discount Voucher will be redeemable upon payment for your accommodation at Seachange Lodge
Bookings are subject to availability (outside school holidays)
The Voucher can only be redeemed once for one booking
The Voucher is valid up to 31st December 2010
You will be notified by email of your purchase of a numbered Discount Voucher
Your purchase will be recorded on an independent register
When you redeem your voucher, the number and name on the voucher must be the same as that recorded on the central register
Vouchers are transferrable to friends or family, provided you notify Seachange Lodge and the Directors of Win a Resort in writing
No name on the electronic Dischount Voucher may not be altered without written permission from the Board of Directors of Win a Resort
If there is any discrepancy with the name on the register and the name of the person claiming the discount, or one of the prizes from the Blue Moon Monthly Draw, or the Super Draw for Seachange Lodge,the Discount Voucher will be deemed to be null and void
The Board of Directors may display the number of Discount Vouchers sold on winaresort.com web site
Discount Vouchers may only be purchased through the legal sites associated with YouMe Support Foundation, winaresort.com, or from Seachange Lodge

2. The Blue Moon Monthly Draw

A Numbered Discount Voucher entitles the holder to one free ticket into the Blue Moon Monthly Draw for a seven day holiday for two people in Vanuatu, at Seachange Lodge
Airfares and taxes for two people will be paid from the main cities of Australia, New Zealand and Fiji
The total prize in any one month shall not exceed Au$5500
Cancellation of the Draw will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation and Win a Resort, in association with the owner/managers of Seachange Lodge
The Win a Resort Blue Moon Monthly Draw will be independently supervised and drawn within one week of the advertised closing date of each Draw
The winner does not need to be present at the Draw to claim the prize
The prizewinners names will be displayed on YouMe Support Foundation websites
Any communication, or dispute over the winning Discont Voucher will be made only through the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation, unless otherwise arranged
All publicity of the monthly draw will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation
No other person, or organization may gain publicity from the Blue Moon Monthly Draw, apart from the granted written permission of YouMe Support Foundation Board of Directors
When you purchase a Discount Voucher you agree that the decision of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation is final.

3. The Blue Moon Seachange Lodge Super Draw

The Discount Voucher entitles the holder to one free ticket in the Super Draw for Seachange Lodge
The Super Draw for Seachange Lodge may not proceed if there are less than 200,000 entries
Cancellation of the Super Draw will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation
The Win A Resort Blue Moon Super Draw will be independently supervised at a formal ceremony in Vanuatu, within three weeks of the Super Draw being officially declared closed
The Drawing Ceremony will be pre-announced on YouMe Support Foundation websites
The winner does not need to be present at the Drawing Ceremony to claim the prize
The Drawing Ceremony will be videoed and streamed to the website
The prizewinners names will be displayed on YouMe Support Foundation websites
Personal details of the winning ticket holder will be advertised unless otherwise advised by the winner
All communications will be through the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation, unless otherwise arranged, until the hand-over date of Seachange Lodge has been achieved
The staff of YouMe Support Foundation will ensure all legalities are fulfilled, as required by the Vanuatu government
All publicity of the draw and the subsqent winner will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation
No other person, or organization may gain publicity from the Blue Moon Opportunity Super Draw, apart from the granted written permission of YouMe Support Foundation Board of Directors
When you participate in the Super Draw the decision of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation is final.

4. Other Prizes

Second and Third prizes plus any other Supplementary prizes will be Drawn at the same time as the Super Draw
Winners wil be notified and their name advertised on the Win A Resort website
All decisions of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundtion shall be final.

5. Who can buy

Purchasers of the Numbered Discount Vouchers must be over 18 years of age
The current owners, or staff of Seachange Lodge and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Discount Voucher, the Monthly or Seachange Lodge Super Draw
Directors of YouMe Support Foundation, or staff and employees, or their families of YouMe Support Foundation, Seachange Lodge, or Win a Resort may not participate in the Discount Voucher, the Monthly or Seachange Lodge Super Draw.

6. Funds From the Sale of Discount Vouchers

Our absolute guarnatee is that all funds received from sale of Discount Vouchers will be handed immediately to YouMe Support Foundation and Child Trust Fund
These funds will be paid into a Trust Account, operated by an internationally recognized accounting firm and the Directors of YouMe Support Foundation
No private individual, or private organization may at any time have access to the Funds from the Draw, apart from the student related costs of the program
High school education grants will be issued as soon as possible after receipt of the money
The first student entered the YouMe Support Foundtion high school education program in Janaury 2009.

7. Refund Policy

As the Discount Voucher gives the purchaser the right to a 40% discount on the retail room rate for accommodation when booking at Seachange Lodge. Plus it gives the Voucher holder one free ticket into the Blue Moon Monthly Draw and one free ticket into the Seachange Lodge, Super Draw. Plus all proceeds from the Discount Voucher goes direct to YouMe Support Foundation to give high school education grants to children of Lesser Developed countries. There will therefore be no refund.

8. Claiming the Prize

All winners will be notified by email and or telephoned immediately after the Blue Moon Monthly Draw , or after the winner has been declared in the Seachange Lodge Super Draw
Winner’s names will be published on YouMe Support Foundation and winaresort.com websites.
The prize for the Super Draw must be claimed by 5.00 p.m. on the 30th day after the Drawing Ceremony has been completed
Papers of identification will be required
If any winner is deemed to be ineligible, or does not claim his or her prize by 5.00 p.m on the 30th day after the Super Draw, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize
If the prize is not legitimately claimed there will be a second draw and so on until the prize is claimed
Winners are strongly advised to seek professional legal, tax and investment advice from your local area.
You Me Support Foundation will assist with the legalities wherever possible.
The winner of Seachange Lodge must be eligible to pass the Vanuatu Investment Promotion Authority scrutiny and any other requirement of the Vanuatu government. It is advisable to check out the requirements for an investor, on the Vanuatu Investment Promotion Authority Website.
A formal written police check is required by Vanuatu law.

9. Disclaimer

YouMe Support Foundation, its Directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives, as well as Seachange Lodge Directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, arising from any situation in connection with, or as a result of the winner’s acceptance and use of the prizes
YouMe Support Foundation does not warrant or guarantee any other statement beyond those contained in this text
No correspondence will be entered into concerning the identity of the winners
YouMe Support Foundation and winaresort.com will not be held accountable for any person or party who purchase Discount Vouchers without reading and accepting the terms and conditions of the Win A Resort Blue Moon Seachange Lodge Super Draw or the Blue Month Monthly Draws
Purchasers of the Discount Voucher will have been deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions, as well as the legal statement.

10. Charge Backs

Any dispute through ‘charge-backs’ will deem a ticket to be null and void. No prize will be delivered to the winner of any disputed credit card charge.
