When you buy a ticket to YouMe Support Foundation and Child Trust Fund, through a Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity, you will be issued an electronic Raffle Ticket, in the Draw for Seachange Lodge Resort, Port Vila, Vanuatu. You are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions as laid out below.

1. Terms of Sale of Raffle Tickets

  • Donations of $US125 to YouMe Support Foundation Child Trust Fund, through winaresort.com Blue Moon Opportunity, will place you in the draw for Seachange Lodge Resort, (private holiday home plus 6 luxury self-appointed holiday apartments)
  • A maximum of 99,999 tickets for the Blue Moon Opportunity Draw will be issued
  • YouMe Support Foundation will display the number of tickets sold on winaresort.com web site
  • The draw may not proceed if less than 50,000 tickets are issued
  • Cancellation of the Draw will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation
  • No name on the electronic ticket may be altered without written permission from YouMe Support Foundation Board of Directors
  • Donations/ticket purchase may only be made through the legal sites associated with YouMe Support Foundation, winaresort.com and its affiliates
  • The donor/purchaser’s name is registered with YouMe Support Foundation and the ticket number recorded
  • If there is any discrepancy with the name on the register and the name of the person claiming the prize, the Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity Ticket will be deemed to be null and void.

2. Who can buy

3.Raffle Funds

  • All funds received from donations/ticket purchases to YouMe Support Foundation and Child Trust Fund, through winaresort.com Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity will be paid into a Trust Account, operated by an internationally recognized accounting firm
  • The Trust Fund will be under the management of the Directors of YouMe Support Foundation
  • No private individual, or private organization may at any time have access to the Funds from the Draw, apart from the student related costs of the program.

4. The Blue Moon Opportunity Draw

  • The Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity Draw will be independently supervised at a formal ceremony in Vanuatu, within three weeks of 99,999 donations being made, or the raffle officially declared closed
  • The Drawing Ceremony will be pre-announced on YouMe Support Foundation websites
  • The winner does not need to be present at the Drawing Ceremony to claim the prize
  • The Drawing Ceremony will be videoed and streamed to the website
  • The prizewinners names will be displayed on YouMe Support Foundation websites
  • Personal details of the winning ticket holder will be withheld unless otherwise advised by the winner
  • All communications will continue through the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation, unless otherwise arranged, until the hand-over date of Seachange Lodge has been achieved, once all legalities have been fulfilled, as required by the Vanuatu government.
  • All publicity of the draw and the subsqent winner will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of YouMe Support Foundation.
  • No other person, or organization may gain publicity from the Blue Moon Opportunity Draw, apart from the granted written permission of YouMe Support Foundation Board of Directors.

5. Refund Policy

If the draw is cancelled, due to lack of participation, all money will be refunded to those who have purchased tickets/made donations. Refunds will be minus bank charges and expenses, after $5.00 per ticket donation has been made to a local Vanuatu charity, appointed by the YouMe Support Foundation Board of Directors. The local donation to be posted on the website within one month of the Draw being officially declared closed.

6. Claiming the Prize

  • All winners will be notified by email, and or telephoned immediately after the Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity Draw has been declared
  • Winner’s names will be published on YouMe Support Foundation and winaresort.com websites.
  • The prize must be claimed by 5.00 p.m. on the 30th day after the Drawing Ceremony has been completed. Papers of identification will be required
  • If any winner is deemed to be ineligible, or does not claim his or her prize by 5.00 p.m on the 30th day after the Draw, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize
  • If the prize is not legitimately claimed there will be a second draw and so on until the prize is claimed
  • Winners are strongly advised to seek professional legal, tax and investment advice from your local area. You Me Support Foundation will assist with the legalities wherever possible.
  • The winner of Seachange Lodge must be eligible to pass the Vanuatu Investment Promotion Authority scrutiny and any other requirement of the Vanuatu government. It is advisable to check out the requirements for an investor, on the Vanuatu Investment Promotion Authority Website.
  • A formal written police check is required by Vanuatu law.

7. Disclaimer

  • YouMe Support Foundation, its Directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives, as well as Seachange Lodge Directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives will not be held responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, arising from any situation in connection with, or as a result of the winner’s acceptance and use of the prizes
  • YouMe Support Foundation does not warrant or guarantee any other statement beyond those contained in this text
  • No correspondence will be entered into concerning the identity of the winners
  • YouMe Support Foundation and winaresort.com will not be held accountable for any person or party who purchase tickets without reading and accepting the terms and conditions of the Win a Resort Blue Moon Opportunity Internet Raffle
  • Purchasers/Donators of the Blue Moon Opportunity Ticket will have been deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions, as well as the legal statement.

7. Charge Backs

Any dispute through ‘charge-backs’ will deem a ticket to be null and void. No prize will be delivered to the winner of any disputed credit card charge.
